We are seeking an experienced and versatile Cook / Chef with expertise in multiple cuisines, including Chinese, South Indian, North Indian, and Continental. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience working with high-end clients, premium restaurants, or hospitality setups.
The chef should be fluent in
Kannada or Tamil or Hindi or English
and demonstrate professionalism, creativity, and adaptability in preparing meals to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare high-quality meals across Chinese, South Indian, North Indian, and Continental cuisines.
Customize and adapt menus as per the client's taste, preferences, and dietary requirements.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the kitchen.
Plan daily/weekly menus and manage grocery inventory efficiently.
