House Caretaker
Job Description
Ensure daily cleaning and maintenance of the house/property. Supervise household staff (if any) and allocate duties. Handle minor repairs or coordinate with external service providers for maintenance. Maintain household supplies, groceries, and inventory. Oversee security of the property and ensure all doors, windows, and systems are secured. Assist in meal preparation, laundry, and other domestic duties as required. Attend to guests and provide basic hospitality support. Report any damages, repairs, or unusual activity to the homeowner/manager. Maintain a record of expenses and purchases (if required).
Skills & Qualifications:
Prior experience in housekeeping, property maintenance, or caretaking preferred. Knowledge of basic home maintenance and cleaning techniques. Ability to handle household equipment and cleaning tools. Good organizational and time management skills. Trustworthy, reliable, and attentive to detail. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
