Job Description

We are Looking for a diligent and experienced Store Supervisor to oversee our retail operations.

The Store Supervisor's responsibilities include overseeing sales, monitoring inventory, managing customer complaints, ensuring the store is clean and well-maintained, and meeting sales targets.

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for customer service, and a strong understanding of sales principles.

Ultimately, the role of the Store Supervisor is to ensure that our store operates effectively and that we maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Supervise and guide staff towards maximum performance Prepare and control the store's budget aiming for minimum expenditure and efficiency Monitor stock levels and purchases and ensure they stay within budget Deal with complaints from customers to maintain the store's reputation Inspect the areas in the store and resolve any issues that might arise Plan and oversee promotional events or discount schemes Prepare reports on buying trends, customer requirements, and profits Ensure the store fulfills all legal health and safety guidelines.

Store Supervisors have the following duties and responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and staff performance Implement and maintain store policies and procedures Train and mentor store staff and conduct performance evaluations Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service Supervise and guide staff towards maximum performance Monitor inventory levels and order new items as necessary Maintain store's cleanliness and health and safety measures Prepare and control the store's budget aiming for minimum expenditure and efficiency Handle customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner Plan and oversee in-store promotional events or displays Analyze sales and revenue reports and make forecasts.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a retail supervisor or a similar position in sales Knowledge of retail management best practices Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities Excellent organizing and leadership skills Commercial awareness Analytical mind and familiarity with data analysis principles High school diploma; BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field will be a plus.
