We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused
Hotel Service Manager
to oversee daily service operations at our
premium villa resort in Marayoor, Munnar
. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and strong leadership qualities to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:Guest Service & Experience
Ensure high standards of guest service and overall satisfaction.
Handle guest feedback, special requests, and complaints professionally.
Create a warm, welcoming, and premium service environment.
Operations Management
Supervise front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and service teams.
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the resort.
Maintain and implement service SOPs and quality standards.
Team Leadership
Lead, train, and motivate service staff to deliver excellent hospitality.
Manage staff schedules, performance, and discipline.
Encourage teamwork, professionalism, and positive work culture.
Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate with senior management on operational planning and improvements.
Prepare service reports and performance updates.
Ensure effective inter-department communication.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Service Manager / Operations Manager in a hotel, resort, or villa property.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
Guest-centric attitude with a professional and pleasant personality.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
