Overview:
We are looking for dedicated and customer-focused Hotel Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to assist guests professionally while supporting daily hotel operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome guests warmly and assist with check-ins and check-outs.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in guest rooms and hotel premises.
Coordinate with housekeeping, front office, and other teams for smooth operations.
Assist in food & beverage service when required (serving, order taking, table setting).
Ensure safety, security, and comfort of guests at all times.
Maintain accurate records and follow hotel SOPs.
Support management in daily operational tasks and special events.
Report maintenance issues or service concerns promptly.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
10th/12th/Graduate (Any stream).
Prior experience in hotel industry preferred but not mandatory.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge (for front office roles).
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Professional appearance and grooming.
