Role Overview
We are looking for a
Sales Executive
to drive occupancy, manage leads, and convert prospects into residents. The role requires strong communication, persuasion skills, and a proactive approach to meet sales targets across multiple properties.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and manage leads from various sources (online, walk-ins, calls, WhatsApp, social media).
Conduct property tours and explain facilities, pricing, and policies to prospects.
Convert leads into confirmed residents while achieving monthly occupancy targets.
Maintain CRM records and track sales pipeline.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize promotions and campaigns.
Follow up with existing residents for renewals and referrals.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports for management review.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
0-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate, hospitality, or student housing. Freshers with strong communication skills can apply.
Excellent spoken and written English & Hindi communication skills.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable handling calls, WhatsApp, and in-person tours.
Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office is a plus.
