Hotel Sales Manager
to lead our sales efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our business reach, forging strong partnerships, and maximizing hotel occupancy and revenue through strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to promote rooms, banquets, and special packages.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, wedding planners, and event organizers.
Achieve revenue targets across segments such as corporate stays, leisure bookings, weddings, conferences, and group events.
Identify and convert new business opportunities in the regional hospitality market.
Coordinate with the operations and front office teams to ensure superior guest satisfaction.
Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance insights for management review.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in
hotel or resort sales
(mandatory).
Strong client network within the hospitality and travel industry.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
In-depth knowledge of the
Coonoor-Ooty hospitality market
and local tourism trends.
