Develop and execute sales strategies

to maximize revenue from rooms, banquets, weddings, and corporate events.

Lead and manage the sales team

, setting clear targets and ensuring high performance.

Identify and target key market segments

, including leisure, weddings, MICE, and social events.

Build and maintain strong client relationships

with corporates, event planners, and wedding organizers.

Drive lead generation and conversion

through networking, promotions, and partnerships.

Collaborate with marketing

to create promotional campaigns, packages, and seasonal offers.

Conduct site visits and presentations

to potential clients, showcasing property and services.

Monitor market trends and competitor activity

to adjust strategy accordingly.

Track sales performance

through reports, forecasts, and CRM systems.

Ensure client satisfaction

by coordinating with operations for seamless event execution.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
