Key Responsibilities



Business Generation:

Proactively source, secure, and grow new business accounts (corporate, travel industry, local corporate).

Client Relationship Management:

Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business, conducting sales calls and site inspections.

Sales Strategy & Negotiation:

Develop sales strategies, prepare tailored proposals, and negotiate contracts to maximize room nights and ancillary revenue.

Market Analysis & Reporting:

Analyze competitor activity and market trends; prepare sales reports and revenue forecasts for management.

Internal Coordination:

Liaise with hotel departments (Front Office, Revenue Management, F&B) to ensure smooth delivery of services.

Promotional Activities:

Support the marketing team in developing promotional campaigns and representing the hotel at industry networking events.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
