We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused
Hotel Sales Executive
to promote and sell our hotel's food products and hospitality services. The role involves generating leads, calling potential clients, explaining our products and services, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely food service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, networking, and client visits.
Call clients regularly to explain food products, catering options, and hotel services.
Understand customer requirements and offer suitable food and hospitality solutions.
Coordinate with the kitchen and service teams to provide food services as per client needs.
Promote and sell hotel food products, banquet services, and room packages to potential and existing clients.
Maintain relationships with corporate clients, event organizers, and regular customers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Maintain accurate client records, follow up on inquiries, and prepare daily/weekly sales reports.
Attend promotional events, exhibitions, and meetings to represent the hotel brand.
Handle customer feedback and resolve any service-related issues promptly.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
