We are looking for a Hotel Sales Executive who can handle hotel sales and deal with customers. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with customers, explaining hotel services, and converting inquiries into bookings.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries through calls, messages, and walk-ins
Explain hotel rooms, banquet, restaurant, and offers to customers
Follow up with customers and close sales
Maintain good relationships with customers
Coordinate with front office and hotel staff
Achieve assigned sales targets
Maintain basic customer records
