Hotel Vivek is seeking a dynamic and result-driven
Sales & Business Development Manager
from the
hotel or hospitality industry
to lead our sales initiatives and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in hotel or resort sales, a strong industry network, and a proven ability to convert opportunities into long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to promote hotel services and packages.
Build and maintain strong relationships with
corporate clients, travel agencies, and event organizers
.
Drive sales for
corporate stays, leisure bookings, weddings, conferences, and group events
.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the hospitality sector.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
Prepare and present
sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics
to management.
Requirements
Minimum
3 years of experience
in
hotel or resort sales
(mandatory).
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Strong client network within the hospitality and travel industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Good understanding of the
Coonoor-Ooty hospitality market
and regional tourism trends.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
