Hotel Sales and Marketing Manager

to spearhead revenue growth across our hotel and resort operations.

This leadership role focuses on expanding corporate and travel partnerships, strengthening market presence, and driving sales for rooms, banquets, events, and group bookings through strategic and innovative initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead sales initiatives for room bookings, banquets, conferences, events, weddings, and group reservations. Build and nurture strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, tour operators, and event planners. Identify new business opportunities and untapped markets to increase revenue and occupancy. Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Collaborate closely with operations and marketing teams to ensure seamless guest experiences and service excellence. Track sales performance, prepare reports, forecasts, and analyze results for management review.
Requirements

Minimum

3 years of proven experience

in hotel or resort sales (mandatory). Strong network within the hospitality industry, including corporate clients and travel partners. Demonstrated success in achieving revenue growth and improving occupancy rates. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Knowledge of the

Coonoor-Ooty hospitality market

will be an added advantage.
