Key Responsibilities
Drive sales growth for rooms, banquets, weddings, events, and group bookings.
Build long-term relationships with
corporate clients, event organizers, and travel partners

Identify and secure
new business opportunities
through strategic networking and partnerships.
Collaborate closely with
operations, marketing, and front office
teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Prepare and present
sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates
to management.
Consistently meet and exceed monthly and annual
revenue targets

Requirements
Minimum
3 years of proven experience
in hotel or resort sales (mandatory).
Strong
network within the hospitality and travel industry
.
Proven success in
achieving sales targets and business growth
.
Excellent
communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
.
Good understanding of the
Coonoor-Ooty hotel market
and regional tourism trends.
