Responsibilities



Develop and implement comprehensive revenue management strategies tailored to each property's market conditions and business goals. Analyze booking patterns, occupancy rates, and market demand to adjust pricing dynamically and maximize revenue opportunities. Monitor key performance indicators regularly, prepare detailed reports, and present insights to senior leadership for informed decision-making. Oversee the use of multi-line phone systems and ensure excellent phone etiquette when communicating with clients and partners. Supervise staff involved in guest services, front desk operations, night audit processes, and customer relations to uphold high standards of hospitality. Manage budgets related to revenue goals, ensuring optimal allocation of resources while maintaining exceptional guest experiences.

Requirements



Proven experience in hospitality management with a focus on revenue management or hotel operations. Strong supervisory skills with previous leadership or team management experience in a hotel or resort setting. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively. Extensive knowledge of hotel management systems, front desk procedures, night audit processes, and multi-line phone systems. Excellent customer service skills coupled with professional phone etiquette and guest relations expertise. Ability to analyze complex data sets related to budgeting, occupancy rates, and market trends for strategic decision-making.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
