Job Description

A Hotel Reservations Manager oversees the entire booking process, ensuring accuracy, maximizing occupancy, and driving revenue through efficient room inventory management. Key duties include managing staff, handling complex bookings/VIPs, analyzing booking trends, and collaborating with sales teams to implement pricing strategies and manage distribution channels.

Core Duties and Responsibilities



Reservation Management:

Oversee daily booking inquiries, confirmations, cancellations, and modifications, ensuring accuracy in the PMS (Property Management System).

Revenue & Inventory Control:

Monitor occupancy levels, set rates in collaboration with sales/revenue teams, and manage room inventory across all channels (OTAs, GDS) to prevent overbooking.

Team Leadership:

Recruit, train, and schedule reservation staff, monitoring their performance and customer service quality.

Reporting & Forecasting:

Prepare daily/weekly reports on booking trends, revenue, and occupancy forecasts for management.

Guest Experience & Compliance:

Handle VIP bookings, special requests, and customer complaints while ensuring compliance with hotel policies.

Group & Corporate Bookings:

Manage large-scale bookings, corporate rates, and long-stay room blocks.

Key Skills Required



Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) and online distribution channels. Strong analytical skills for revenue management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer service. Ability to work under pressure during peak period Education : Any Languages : English , hindi , kannada, any languages

Pay: ?366,677.88 - ?1,676,344.71 per year
