We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused
Hotel Reservation Specialist
to manage hotel bookings for domestic and international clients. The role involves coordinating with hotels, negotiating rates, ensuring accurate reservations, and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle
hotel reservations
for FIT, GIT, corporate, and leisure clients.
Coordinate with
hotels, suppliers, and online booking platforms
for confirmations and availability.
Negotiate room rates, contracts, and special offers with hotels.
Prepare and share hotel vouchers, confirmations, and invoices.
Manage amendments, cancellations, and special guest requests efficiently.
Maintain accurate reservation records and update booking systems/CRM.
Coordinate with sales and operations teams for smooth execution of bookings.
Resolve hotel-related issues and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Monitor hotel inventory, seasonal rates, and blackout dates.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate/Diploma in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
2-5 years of experience
in hotel reservations or travel operations.
Strong knowledge of domestic & international hotel markets.
Experience with hotel booking systems, CRS, or travel portals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
Ability to handle multiple bookings and work under deadlines.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Experience in a
travel agency, tour operator, or hospitality company
.
Familiarity with B2B and B2C hotel booking processes.
Customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
