As a Reservation Executive, you will be responsible for managing customer reservations and booking requests while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a high standard of customer service. You will play a key role in maintaining smooth operations by coordinating with different departments and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Handle incoming reservation requests via phone, email, or online platforms.
Confirm bookings and provide accurate reservation details to customers.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure availability of rooms or services.
Manage cancellations, modifications, and special requests efficiently.
Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of reservations and customer profiles.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving reservation-related issues.
Meet and exceed sales and booking targets.
Requirements and Skills
1-8 years of experience in handling hotel reservations or a related field
Prior experience in a reservations or customer service role within the hospitality industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
High attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in reservation management systems, MS Office, and related tools.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle pressure effectively.
