The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in hotel or resort OTA operations, with strong expertise in rate management, inventory control, and promotional strategies to maximize revenue and visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
OTA property registration and onboarding across platforms
Rate management and maintenance of rate parity across all OTAs
Daily monitoring of OTA platforms for inventory, availability, and bookings
Managing promotions, visibility boosters, and special offers
Channel management and coordination for smooth rate and inventory updates
Efficient handling and management of multiple OTA accounts
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum
4 years of experience
in hotels, resorts, or OTA- companies.
Strong working knowledge of major OTA platforms and channel management systems.
Ability to multitask and efficiently manage multiple OTA accounts.
Sound understanding of revenue management principles.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
