We are looking for a courteous and customer-oriented Hotel Receptionist to join our hospitality team at our property in Cossipore, Dum Dum, Kolkata. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests and will play a key role in creating a positive and welcoming guest experience. Key Responsibilities: Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures Handle guest inquiries, reservations, cancellations, and room allocations Manage phone calls, emails, and walk-in guests professionally Maintain accurate guest records and billing details Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations Address guest complaints or issues promptly and escalate when required Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable Follow hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards Eligibility & Requirements: Minimum qualification: 10+2 (Higher Secondary) or equivalent Previous experience as a hotel receptionist or front desk executive preferred Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with hotel management software is an advantage Pleasant personality with a professional attitude Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays Skills Required: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong customer service orientation Multitasking and time-management abilities Problem-solving and conflict-handling skills What We Offer: Competitive salary as per industry standards Friendly and supportive work environment Opportunities for growth in the hospitality industry Interested candidates may apply with their updated resume and contact details. ---
