Receptionist duties and responsibilities include managing the reception area, greeting and assisting visitors, handling incoming calls and directing them to the right departments, managing correspondence like mail and emails, scheduling appointments and managing calendars, maintaining office supplies and organizing administrative tasks such as filing and data entry, all while providing a professional and welcoming atmosphere for the organization.
