Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Check-in and Check-out:

Registering arriving guests, assigning rooms, and facilitating their departure, including processing payments and returning deposits.

Reservation Management:

Handling booking requests, updating reservations, and managing guest profiles.

Communication and Customer Service:

Answering phones, responding to guest inquiries, and providing information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.

Problem Resolution:

Addressing guest complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Administrative Tasks:

Maintaining records, filing documents, and performing other clerical duties as needed.

Concierge Services:

Assisting guests with requests such as booking tours, arranging transportation, or making restaurant reservations.

Maintaining a Clean and Organized Reception Area:

Ensuring the reception area is presentable and welcoming for guests.

Teamwork:

Collaborating with other hotel staff to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
