Communication: Operate multi-line phones, transfer calls, and relay guest requests to housekeeping, maintenance, and other staff.
Financial Transactions: Process payments (cash, credit cards), verify credit card details, post charges (room service, spa), and prepare bills.
Information & Concierge: Answer questions about hotel facilities, local attractions, transport, and arrange services like taxis or theatre tickets.
Administrative Duties: Maintain a tidy front desk, update guest records, perform data entry, and handle general office tasks.
Problem Solving: Address guest complaints and special requests professionally and promptly, escalating when necessary.
Sales: Upsell hotel services, rooms, and facilities to enhance guest stays.
