Nes-Terns is looking for an experienced and professional Hotel Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide exceptional guest service. The ideal candidate will have prior hospitality experience and be proficient in hotel management software.
Responsibilities:
Welcome guests and handle check-in/check-out efficiently
Manage room reservations, cancellations, and guest records
Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, or in person
Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and operations teams
Process payments accurately and maintain billing records
Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally
Ensure the reception area is clean and organized
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a hotel receptionist or in a similar hospitality role
Mandatory proficiency in hotel property management software (e.g., STAAH, Opera, IDS, or similar)
Strong communication skills in English and Tamil (Hindi is a plus)
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Well-groomed, punctual, and professional demeanor
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Pay: ₹8,145.23 - ₹22,830.68 per month
