The Front Office Receptionist is the first point of contact for guests, responsible for delivering excellent guest service, handling check-in/check-out, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth front office operations while maintaining professional behavior and appearance at all times.
Greet guests professionally upon arrival and handle check-in/check-out smoothly.
Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately.
Handle all guest inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently and politely.
Coordinate with other departments (Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance) to ensure seamless guest experience.
Manage calls, emails, and online communications in a timely and professional manner.
Collect payments, handle cash, and maintain accurate billing and guest records.
Maintain the front desk area clean, presentable, and organized at all times.
Follow hotel security protocols and manage emergency procedures responsibly.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
