Night Shift Receptionist

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist guests during check-in and check-out process Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the hotel and local area Manage phone calls and reservations during the night shift Maintain front desk security and ensure proper entry of guest details Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams when required Monitor lobby area and ensure a safe and pleasant environment for guests Maintain accurate records of bookings and payments

Requirements:

Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred Good communication skills in English and Tamil Basic computer knowledge (MS Office & email handling) Ability to stay alert and responsible during night hours Positive attitude and willingness to learn Prior experience in hospitality is a plus but

not mandatory
