Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival.
Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
Handle reservations (walk-ins, calls, online bookings, and emails).
Answer and forward phone calls, emails, and guest queries.
Maintain accurate records of room availability and guest accounts.
Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and travel directions.
Handle guest complaints politely, resolving issues or escalating to management.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for room readiness and service requests.
Process payments, issue invoices, and maintain cash/credit card records.
Ensure the reception area is tidy, professional, and welcoming.
