The Hotel Receptionist is the first point of contact for guests and visitors. The role involves handling check-ins, check-outs, reservations, guest inquiries, and ensuring a pleasant and smooth guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
Handle room reservations via phone, email, and walk-ins.
Provide accurate information about the hotel, services, amenities, and nearby attractions.
Manage guest complaints and escalate issues when required.
Maintain front desk operations, including handling payments and issuing invoices.
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to meet guest requests.
Maintain records of guest information, bookings, and payments.
Follow all standard operating procedures and hotel policies.
Ensure the reception area is clean, well-organized, and welcoming at all times.
