We are looking for a well-spoken and customer-service-oriented
Hotel Receptionist
to manage front desk operations at our property in Pari Chowk, Greater Noida. The ideal candidate should have prior hospitality experience and be capable of handling guests professionally and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests promptly and courteously.
Manage check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments smoothly.
Handle guest queries, complaints, and requests with professionalism.
Maintain accurate records in the hotel management software/PMS.
Manage phone calls, reservations, and daily booking updates.
Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and other departments.
Handle payments, billing, and maintain front-desk cash records.
Ensure the lobby and reception area remain clean and presentable.
Provide local information and assistance to guests when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
2 to 4 years of experience as a hotel receptionist/front office associate.
Strong communication skills (English & Hindi).
Knowledge of hotel PMS/software (e.g., IDS, Opera, or similar).
Presentable, confident, and guest-focused personality.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, email handling, etc.).
