Key Responsibilities:

Visitor Management:

Greet and direct visitors, maintain visitor logs, issue access cards.

Communication:

Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls; take messages; manage emails and correspondence.

Scheduling:

Book and manage appointments, meetings, and conference rooms; update calendars.

Administrative Support:

Handle mail/faxes, photocopying, filing, data entry, and prepare documents.

Office Maintenance:

Keep the reception area tidy, manage office supplies, and report equipment issues.

Customer Service:

Address inquiries, provide general information, and offer support to clients and staff.
