We are looking for an experienced Hotel Receptionist to join our hospitality team in Oman. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and previous front-office experience in the hotel industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest records
Handle guest inquiries, calls, and complaints professionally
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments
Maintain front desk cleanliness and ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Hotel Receptionist
Strong communication and customer service skills
Familiarity with hotel PMS systems (preferred)
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: OMR 200 - 250
