Serve as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries, requests, and complaints.
Provide information about services, facilities, local attractions, and travel arrangements.
Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and other departments to meet guest needs.
Handle VIP guests and special requests with discretion and efficiency.
Maintain guest records, preferences, and feedback to enhance future experiences.
Manage reservations, room assignments, and ensure accuracy in guest billing.
Follow up on guest complaints to ensure satisfaction and service recovery.
Assist in planning and executing guest engagement activities and events.
Uphold company standards for hospitality, etiquette, and customer service.
