Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist hotel guests and banquet clients in a warm and professional manner
Handle guest check-ins and check-outs smoothly
Manage room and banquet bookings, inquiries, and reservations
Answer phone calls, emails, and walk-in queries
Coordinate with housekeeping, management, and banquet teams
Maintain accurate guest records and billing information
Handle guest concerns or complaints politely and escalate when required
Ensure the reception area is clean, organised, and presentable
Requirements
Previous experience as a front desk receptionist or in hospitality is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Basic computer knowledge (booking systems, MS Office)
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
