to serve as the first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors at our Senior Citizen Retirement Home in Goa. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a genuine respect for the elderly, and the ability to manage administrative tasks with efficiency and compassion.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist residents, visitors, and vendors in a friendly and respectful manner
Answer and route incoming calls promptly and professionally
Maintain visitor log and ensure proper sign-in/sign-out protocols
Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and support resident queries
Provide accurate information about the facility to guests and potential residents
Assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, data entry, and managing emails
Coordinate with healthcare staff and other departments to relay important messages
Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area
Handle emergency situations with calm and effective communication
Support residents with small errands like booking transport, appointments, etc.
Ensure compliance with safety, confidentiality, and care guidelines
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 10+2 or Graduate in any discipline
1-2 years of experience in a front desk, customer service, or receptionist role
Fluency in English and Konkani/Hindi preferred
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, record keeping)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Patient, empathetic, and able to work around elderly individuals
Professional appearance and demeanor
Working Hours:
6 days a week (rotational shifts if required)
Flexible to work on weekends and public holidays if needed
