Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Hotel Receptionist to join our front office team. As the first point of contact, you will ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process and provide excellent service throughout each guest's stay.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist guests professionally Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations efficiently Manage cancellations, modifications, and billing accurately Provide information about resort amenities and local attractions Address guest queries and resolve issues promptly Process payments and maintain billing records Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments Maintain a clean and organized front desk Follow hotel security and confidentiality standards
Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hotel Management (BHM or MHM preferred) Prior experience as a Front Desk Associate or Receptionist preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking ability Basic proficiency in MS Office and hotel management software (PMS) Professional appearance and positive attitude Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays Fluency in English and local languages; additional languages are a plus
