Job Title: Hotel Receptionist

Location: The Revett, Darjeeling

Job Type: Full-Time / Contractual / Internship

Salary Range: ?7000 - ?15000 (based on experience)

The Revett is a boutique luxury hotel in Darjeeling, renowned for delivering exceptional guest experiences with a personal touch. We are looking for a friendly and professional Hotel Receptionist to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:-

? Greet and assist guests during check-in and check-out procedures.

? Handle phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries with courtesy and efficiency.

? Maintain daily records and prepare Excel reports accurately.

? Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure seamless guest service.

? Uphold a warm and welcoming atmosphere at the front desk at all times.

Requirements:-

? Prior experience in a hotel or hospitality role is preferred.

? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

? Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

? Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.

? A positive attitude and a passion for customer service.

? HR experience and skills to manage operating team, training and hiring new staff.
