Greet guests courteously and ensure a pleasant check-in and check-out experience
Manage room reservations, cancellations, and modifications
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional manner
Maintain accurate guest records and billing information
Process payments, issue invoices, and handle cash/card transactions
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for room readiness and guest requests
Answer phone calls, emails, and handle walk-in queries
Ensure compliance with hotel policies and standard operating procedures
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
Assist guests with local information, transport arrangements, and other services
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management preferred
Proven experience as a receptionist or front office executive (hotel experience preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of hotel reservation systems and MS Office
Strong customer service orientation
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Professional appearance and positive attitude
