We're now looking for a
smart, confident, and guest-focused Receptionist
to join our front office team.
Key Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
Handle guest inquiries in person, over the phone, and via WhatsApp or email.
Maintain guest records, update booking details, and process payments.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for smooth operations.
Manage room allocations, key handling, and report occupancy updates.
Provide local information, cab bookings, and activity suggestions to guests.
Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate issues to the manager if needed.
Requirements
Excellent communication skills in
English and Hindi
.
Basic computer knowledge -- especially email, WhatsApp, and Excel.
Prior experience in hotels, Airbnb management, or travel/hospitality is preferred.
Friendly personality, patience, and a professional appearance.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
