The Hotel Property Manager is responsible for the overall strategic direction, operation, and financial performance of the hotel. This leader ensures that all hotel departments (front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, sales, maintenance, etc.) function cohesively and efficiently to deliver exceptional guest experiences, maximize profitability, and maintain the property's brand standards and physical asset integrity.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operational Management
Oversee the daily operations of all hotel departments, ensuring compliance with established policies, procedures, and brand standards.
Maintain the highest standards of guest satisfaction by monitoring service levels, addressing guest feedback, and resolving escalated issues promptly and professionally.
Implement and manage effective preventative maintenance programs to ensure the physical assets (building, grounds, equipment) are well-maintained and in excellent working order.
