Set up SOPs, hire teams, and get the resort running end-to-end.
Handle logistics, procurement, maintenance, and on-ground operations.

Job Mission
To
own and rebuild Munjoh's operations
-- end to end.
You will structure and lead departments, recruit and train teams, standardize SOPs, and ensure operational excellence across both resorts.
You'll be the backbone that holds together logistics, manpower, and service quality --
as if running a pre-opening every day.
Core Responsibilities
Create and implement
clear, simple SOPs
across departments (Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance, Front Office).
Oversee
daily operations
-- rooms, maintenance, procurement, logistics, and HR coordination.
Establish
inventory, purchase, and vendor control systems
-- no leakage, no excuses.
Manage
preventive maintenance
schedules (pool, generator, plumbing, electrical).
Hire, train, and build a
disciplined, self-motivated team

Coordinate closely with Resort Managers and Revenue teams to align operational delivery with guest experience goals.
