Manage day to day operation activities of the catering department, including scheduling drivers and wait staff in accordance with the demands of the business.
Review all Event Orders to determine staffing levels, distribution and execution of events.
Facilitate communication between the sales, culinary and event management teams to ensure accurate timing, production and fulfilment of all daily orders
Manage Catering vehicle fleet including maintenance and all expenses incurred. Includes 6 vans, 1 box truck. Handle insurance claims, vehicle maintenance, repairs and fuel management
Supervise all catering deliveries and ensures Catering standards are met through spot checks and training of delivery staff.
