We are looking for a
Hotel Reservations & Vendor Management Executive
who can efficiently manage hotel bookings, maintain vendor relationships, and negotiate competitive rates to improve service quality and cost advantages.
Key Responsibilities
1. Hotel Reservations Management
Oversee the complete hotel booking cycle for corporate clients, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with client budgets and requirements.
2. Vendor Management & Negotiation
Coordinate with hotel partners to negotiate the best possible rates.
Source and onboard new hotel partners to expand our accommodation options
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing vendors to ensure smooth operations.
3. Contract & Pricing Oversight
Manage hotel contracts, including negotiation, finalization, and securing beneficial terms such as special rates or added services.
Regularly review contract rates to confirm competitiveness and cost efficiency.
4. Reporting & Data Insights
Track booking behavior, price trends, and occupancy levels to identify opportunities for savings.
Share analytical insights and recommendations that support better booking strategies and expense reduction.
5. Quality Assurance
Ensure partner hotels meet company quality benchmarks and consistently deliver high service standards.
Conduct periodic assessments and collect client feedback to evaluate hotel performance.
Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for vendor coordination and client interactions.
Problem-solving ability to address booking challenges or vendor-related issues.
Negotiation and analytical skills to secure competitive contracts and reduce costs.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple bookings and vendor accounts simultaneously.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in hotel booking operations, vendor tie-ups, or cost management in the travel or hospitality industry.
Good command of MS Excel and reporting tools for data and contract management.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, client-oriented environment with strong attention to detail.
