Job Description

Job Responsibilities

? Handle hotel reservations for clients, ensuring timely and accurate bookings based on their

preferences and requirements.

? Collaborate with hotels to negotiate competitive rates and secure the best possible deals for

our clients.

? Maintain a database of preferred hotels, including their amenities, pricing, and policies.

? Identify potential hotel partners and establish strong relationships to expand our network and

offer a wider range of accommodation options.

? Negotiate contractual agreements with hotels to secure favorable terms, exclusive rates, and

additional perks for our clients.

? Oversee billing processes, ensuring accurate invoicing and timely payment reconciliation with

hotels.

? Analyze booking trends, occupancy rates, and pricing data to make informed decisions and

recommendations for cost reduction.

? Ensure that the hotels meet our quality standards and maintain consistency in service levels

across different locations.

Requirements

? Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

? Proven experience in hotel booking management, tie-up negotiations, and cost control within

the hospitality industry.

? Detail-oriented and highly organized to manage multiple bookings and tasks simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
