Hotel Operations Executive (Front Office Executive)
to join our team as an Apprentice across multiple locations. The ideal candidate should have a strong mindset and the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively. According to the performance of the candidate we can convert them into full time as well.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day hotel operations ensuring guest satisfaction and service excellence
Handle guest check-in/check-out procedures and manage bookings
Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and effective manner
Coordinate with housekeeping, kitchen, and other departments for smooth functioning
Monitor inventory and supplies, and ensure proper facility upkeep
Support front desk operations and maintain accurate records

Skills Required:
o Strong interpersonal and communication skills
o Excellent problem-solving ability
o Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism
o Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with hotel management software is a plus
