Job Summary



We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Hotel Manager to oversee daily hotel operations, ensure excellent guest experiences, manage staff, and drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities



Oversee day-to-day hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, F&B, and guest services. Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and handle guest complaints professionally. Manage hotel staff: hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation. Monitor room occupancy, revenue goals, and sales performance. Maintain hotel standards of cleanliness, safety, and hospitality. Coordinate with vendors and manage inventory, maintenance, and supplies. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports for management. Implement cost-control measures and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or related field (preferred). 3-5 years of experience in hotel operations or management. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of hotel software (PMS), billing, and reservation systems. Ability to handle pressure and deliver excellent guest service.
