Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and address any guest or operational issues promptly.
Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Ensure a consistently high standard of guest service and satisfaction.
Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally and effectively.
Develop and implement initiatives to enhance guest experiences.
3. Financial Management
Monitor and control operational budgets, revenue, and expenses.
Analyze financial reports to identify areas for cost control and profitability improvement.
Assist in pricing strategy, occupancy planning, and forecasting.
4. Staff Management
Recruit, train, and supervise hotel staff to ensure top-quality performance.
Set clear performance goals and conduct regular evaluations.
Promote a positive and professional work environment.
5. Sales & Marketing
Work with the sales and marketing team to attract new guests and increase occupancy.
Oversee promotions, packages, and partnerships to boost revenue.
Maintain relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients, and online platforms.
6. Administration & Compliance
Ensure all licenses, permits, and legal requirements are up to date.
Maintain accurate records for audits and management reporting.
Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for efficiency and consistency.
