We are seeking a visionary and customer-focused Hotel Manager to lead our prestigious hotel in the vibrant city of Jaipur, India. As the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving business growth.
Provide strategic leadership and direction for all hotel departments, including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance
Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty
Manage the hotel's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures
Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment that promotes employee engagement and development
Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards, local regulations, and company policies
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including guests, employees, and local community partners
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
Implement and maintain quality control systems to uphold the hotel's standards of excellence
Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance management of all hotel staff
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective revenue-generating strategies
Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction
Stay informed about the local tourism industry and leverage opportunities to promote the hotel
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong business acumen with a track record of driving commercial performance and meeting KPIs
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Proficiency in hotel management software and financial management systems
In-depth knowledge of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, and food & beverage
Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service and manage guest expectations
Strong financial management and budgeting skills
Passion for continuous learning and commitment to personal and professional development
Familiarity with the local culture and tourism industry in Jaipur is highly desirable
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
