Role Objectives

Oversee the

overall operations

of the hotel, ensuring seamless guest experiences. Deliver excellent

customer service

while maintaining high standards of quality and hospitality. Lead, manage, and motivate the

front office, housekeeping, F&B, and operations teams

. Drive

business growth, occupancy, and guest satisfaction

through effective management.

Core Deliverables

Supervise

front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and support staff

. Manage

reservations, room allocations, and guest check-in/check-out processes

. Monitor

inventory, vendor management, and operational costs

. Ensure

compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and licensing standards

. Handle

guest feedback and escalations

with professionalism and empathy. Track and report on

occupancy rates, revenues, costs, and KPIs

. Implement

promotions, packages, and upselling strategies

to increase profitability. Conduct regular staff training to maintain service excellence.

Skills Required

Mandatory:

Strong

leadership and team management

Knowledge of

hotel operations (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Guest Services)

Customer-first mindset with strong

problem-solving skills

Preferred (Add-on):

Proficiency in

MS Office (Excel/Word)

for reporting Hands-on with

hotel management software / PMS systems

Financial acumen for

budgeting and cost control

Experience

Hands-on:

Minimum 3-5 years in hotel/hospitality operations

Total Industry:

5-7 years in hospitality / customer service management Prior experience as

Assistant Hotel Manager, Operations Manager, or Hotel Manager
