Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Hotel Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our small resort. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, delivering excellent guest experiences, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily resort operations including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by handling guest feedback, complaints, and special requests professionally Supervise, train, schedule, and motivate resort staff to maintain service quality Monitor room inventory, bookings, check-ins/check-outs, and overall occupancy Oversee cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards across the property Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for purchases, services, and repairs Manage budgets, control costs, and track operational expenses Ensure compliance with local laws, health regulations, and resort policies Plan and execute special events, seasonal promotions, and guest activities Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational and performance reports

Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:

Hotel management: 5 years (Preferred)
