Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Hotel Manager to oversee operations at Hyders Park Luxury Hotel in Kodaikanal. The role involves managing staff, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving operational efficiency in a high-end hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations, including front desk, housekeeping, dining, and maintenance. Lead and train a team of 15-20 staff, ensuring high morale and performance. Maintain luxury service standards and handle guest inquiries or complaints promptly. Oversee budgeting, cost control, and revenue strategies to meet financial goals. Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and local regulations. Collaborate with vendors and promote the hotel through local and digital marketing. Conduct regular property inspections to uphold luxury standards. Report operational and financial metrics to senior management.

Qualifications:

Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field (preferred). 2+ years in hotel management or a supervisory role in luxury hospitality. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office. Knowledge of Kodaikanal's tourism landscape is a plus. Fluency in English and Tamil; Hindi is an advantage. Flexible to work weekends and holidays.
